    INSTRUCTIONS:
    • This list will be updated every Thursday with the vegetables available. PLEASE NOTE THE DATE ABOVE
    • CSA members should make requests by 12 pm Friday. Requests may not be honored after that time.
    • Take care in choosing only the number of items specified. If you would like twice the amount of a certain item, choose the item AND the "EXTRA" option for that same item (you will have chosen two items by doing so).
    • This form does not allow us to send you a confirmation; please double check your request before you submit!
    • If you submit more than once, we use the most recent submission
    Choose 5 or 9 items according to your share size
